Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Mystery boxes are final sale.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
How to Return

Request a Return
Email us at hello@veebydesign.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Approval
We will review your request and send you a return authorization along with shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
