What materials do you use?
All VEE By Design pieces are handmade using high-quality beads, satin cords, gold-plated and silver-plated findings, and carefully sourced gemstones. Every piece is crafted with intention to ensure durability and beauty.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom and personalized orders are final sale. Please visit our Returns page for full details.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Visit our Custom Order page to request a personalized tie necklace, bracelet stack, or sorority set. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to create.
